SMS & text messaging terms

The following terms govern our SMS text messaging program, which useAIwell LLC operates. They explain the messages you will receive, how you opt in, how the program works, & how you opt out. These messaging terms apply in addition to the rest of these terms of service.

The messages you will receive

When you opt in, you agree to receive calls, texts, & emails from useAIwell LLC about your inquiry. These are customer-care & follow-up communications tied to a request you started with us. They include appointment scheduling & reminders, follow-up messages about your inquiry, & account or service updates. Some messages may be sent by automated systems, including AI.

How you opt in

You opt in by submitting the lead form at useaiwell.com/start with your name & mobile number, & by checking the consent box on that form. The consent box is not pre-checked. You do not have to opt in to messaging to use the rest of our website or to contact us another way, & your consent is not a condition of any purchase. When you check the box, you agree to this statement:

"I agree to receive calls, texts, & emails from useAIwell LLC about my inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. This is a recurring messaging program, so the number of messages you receive depends on your inquiry & how our conversation progresses.

Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier & are your responsibility. useAIwell LLC does not charge you for the messages themselves.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any text message from us, or email hello@useaiwell.com, & we will help you. When you reply HELP, we will respond with our name, useAIwell LLC, & our contact email, hello@useaiwell.com. We do not publish a phone line for this program, so email is the fastest way to reach a person.

How to opt out

You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any text message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message from useAIwell LLC to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, & you will not receive any more text messages from us at that number unless you opt in again. You can also opt out of email using the unsubscribe link in any email from us, or by emailing hello@useaiwell.com.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier & your device, & we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.

Eligibility & consent

You must be at least 18 years old & the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. By opting in, you confirm that the number you gave us is yours, that the information you provided is accurate, & that you agree to these terms.

Privacy

We handle the information you share with us according to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data & consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with a new "last updated" date. If you keep participating after an update, you accept the updated terms.
